DESCRIPTION:Spring Data Workshop Series: Leveling Up Your Data Game\nJoin us for our Spring Data Series which will emphasize three different tools to support your data informed continuous improvement efforts. We invite you to attend all three workshops or to select the workshops that are relevant to your work.\nWorkshop 3: Engaging Systematically with Your Data: Cultivating Data Dialogue\nAs a culture of inquiry is cultivated across a program, data are not only used to summarize impact, but to formatively identify strengths and opportunities within practice and to implement changes to improve the program. Much of this work is a product of systematic data engagement through data dialogue. Effective dialogue requires participants to suspend judgement, identify and explore assumptions, inquire, and reflect, and, most importantly, listen. In this workshop we will explore a protocol that provides participants with a process for engaging with data and developing a shared understanding that supports continuous improvement efforts.\n
